Sales Tax Office Chairs On Sale charges sales tax in Pennsylvania as well as a few other states due to nexus laws.
Free Shipping & Delivery Free shipping is guaranteed on every item we sell. Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Most of our items ship unassembled unless otherwise noted and are delivered by either UPS or FedEx. In the case of quantity orders (typically 5+ items) and some larger/heavier items (this will be noted on the item page if it applies), a heavy freight carrier will be used and may require additional travel time. All heavy freight shipments are "Tail Gate" deliveries. This means that the customer must be available to unload the item(s) from the tail gate of the truck (unless you have a dock). If you are not available at the time of delivery and the carrier has to reschedule/redeliver your order, you will be subject to a $60-$90 redelivery charge per occurrence. "Inside Delivery" is an optional service available for a fee on all heavy freight shipments. Please note that this service only requires the driver to deliver the item(s) through the threshold of a building's ground floor.
Freight Damage In the unfortunate event of damage, please contact us to have replacement parts promptly shipped out. Please inspect all items for damage/defects and report these issues within 5 days of your delivery. IMPORTANT - If your item shipped by heavy freight, please note any damage on the delivery receipt, otherwise you may be held liable for the damage.
Warranty If your item is found to be defective at any time during the course of your warranty, replacement parts will be shipped to you by the respective manufacturer. Our products are rated for a standard 40 hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less unless otherwise noted. Each product page has the available warranty listed for that product. Please consult the warranty that ships with your product for complete details and make sure you hang onto your receipt!
Hassle Free Returns If for any reason you wish to return your item, in some instances we can schedule a pick up so that you do not have to haul it to your local UPS store. Once the item has been returned, we will refund your purchase price minus the return freight cost. The ERA chair brand and returns consisting of six items or more will also be assessed a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise must be received back to us in new, resellable condition (remember to save the boxes!). Products designated as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be canceled or returned. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number (14 days for the ERA chair brand). In the event your item is defective or damaged in shipping we will promptly ship replacement parts. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges incurred on refused shipments that are not damaged or shipments returned due to bad addresses or phone numbers. All items must be returned within 30 days of the return authorization issue date.
Purchase Orders We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and academic institutions or from any other company on a case by case basis. Returned Check Fee - $25 per incident

Heavy Freight Carrier Inside Delivery - $185 (price includes lift gate service)
Heavy Freight Carrier Lift Gate Service - $130 if requested at time of delivery
Heavy Freight Re-Delivery or Pick up Reschedule - $60-$90 per failed attempt
