Free Shipping & Delivery  Free shipping is guaranteed on every item we sell. Shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Most of our items ship unassembled unless otherwise noted and are delivered by either UPS or FedEx. In the case of quantity orders (typically 6+ items) and some larger/heavier items (this will be noted on the item page if it applies), a heavy freight carrier will be used and may require additional travel time. All heavy freight shipments are "Tail Gate" deliveries. This means that the customer must be available to unload the item(s) from the tail gate of the truck. If you are not available at the time of delivery and the carrier has to reschedule/redeliver your order, you will be subject to a $58 redelivery charge. "Inside Delivery" is an optional service available for a fee on all heavy freight shipments. Please note that this service only requires the driver to deliver the item(s) through the threshold of a buildings ground floor.

Warranty  Manufacturers warranties range from 6 years to lifetime warranties. If your furniture item is found to be defective at any time, replacement parts will be shipped to you by the respective manufacturer. Office Chairs On Sale's products are rated for a standard 40 hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less unless otherwise noted. Each product information page has the available warranty listed for that product. Please consult the warranty that ships with your product for complete details.

Hassle Free Returns  If for any reason you wish to return your chair, in most instances we can schedule a pick up of your item so that you do not have to haul it to your local UPS store. Once the item/items have been returned to the warehouse, we will refund your purchase price minus the return freight cost. All merchandise must be received back to us in the condition and cartons in which it was sent. Products designated as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned. Please contact our Office Chairs on Sale support department at support@OfficeChairsOnSale.com within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number. In the event your chair is defective or damaged in shipping we will promptly ship replacement parts. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged.
